Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 39ok ("39ok", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://39ok.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live cricket wagering, online casino games, promotional offers, and all associated account and payment features.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 39ok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 39ok platform.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for adult players based in Bangladesh. They should be read alongside the 39ok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 39ok.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 39ok platform associated with a single verified natural person.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in a Player's account at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Credits" means non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded by 39ok subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted for all transactions on the 39ok platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity, age, and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the 39ok website at https://39ok.io and all associated services, pages, and features.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the 39ok platform is illegal under applicable local laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it becomes withdrawable as real money.

Use of the 39ok platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 39ok does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any feature of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with 39ok or any partner responsible gaming programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 39ok or its technology and gaming supply partners.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• All information you provide during registration and any subsequent verification process is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 39ok platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a preferred payment method. You must keep this information current and notify 39ok promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 39ok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 39ok immediately at [email protected]. 39ok may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary security measure pending investigation.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. 39ok reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

All deposits to your 39ok account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform. At the time of these Terms, accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. This list is subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the platform at the time of deposit.

• All transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the payment section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 39ok does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 39ok account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.
• 39ok reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit where it deems verification appropriate.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the 39ok KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of address to [email protected].
• Withdrawals are subject to review by the 39ok payments team. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of approval, depending on the selected payment method.
• 39ok reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification or where a withdrawal is flagged for further review.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable and will not form part of any withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not in your own name will not be processed.

39ok offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). The full wagering requirement must be completed within the stated time limit before any associated bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games that contribute 0% do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• 39ok reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it reasonably believes a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the bonus system.
• Promotions may not be combined unless the specific terms of an individual offer expressly permit it.
• 39ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets and live in-play wagers placed on the 39ok platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and any other sport offered.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 39ok does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• 39ok reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, suspended, or postponed before the minimum completion threshold specified in the applicable sport-specific rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply. Current maximum win limits are displayed within the betting interface. 39ok reserves the right to apply lower limits for specific events at its discretion.
• 39ok operates a strict anti-match-fixing policy. Any bet reasonably suspected to have been placed in connection with match manipulation, insider information, or any form of corrupt activity will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. 39ok reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

39ok offers a library of casino games provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates according to its own certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules, which are accessible within the individual game interface.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics to determine outcomes. Results are independent of previous game rounds and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• 39ok does not modify RTP settings below the certified minimum for any game provided on the platform.
• Technical malfunctions during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — will result in the round being voided and the stake returned to the player's account where technically possible. 39ok is not liable for any loss arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 39ok platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, particularly live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated as a result of an identifiable platform error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using a stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment method for deposits or withdrawals.
• Providing false identity or age information at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Conducting any activity on the platform that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location through the use of a VPN or proxy service.

All content on the 39ok platform — including but not limited to the 39ok brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface, software, game assets licensed from third-party providers, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 39ok and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 39ok.

Game titles, studio names, and associated assets (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the 39ok platform under licence.

39ok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

39ok uses the personal data you provide for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where you have consented, direct marketing communications about 39ok promotions and offers.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 39ok account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to help manage the amount of time you spend on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 39ok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all other cases, 39ok's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 39ok account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

39ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 39ok will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 39ok platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
